Whether it's for vacation, or a temporary work assignment, Avalon's owners found that visitors to our area became tired of a cramped motel or hotel room. So, they decided to convert full-sized 600 to 800 square foot apartments to feature the amenities of a hotel room, but without the space restrictions. For example, we offer separate bedrooms, with doors, so one guest can rest, while the other can watch TV, or jump online via our high-speed WiFi for your internet needs. Our kitchen is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, all dishes, all silverware, cooking utensils and more. The dining area has a full-size table to seat four comfortably. Suites are constantly being upgraded, so our guests have a comfortable experience. We offer a no-obligation tour and can provide you with a quote for your particular needs: a one bedroom, and two bedroom, or for multiple suites.
