Great location for Mayo Clinic
Due to the older rooms, it smelled of moth balls throughout the 6th floor. It wasn’t a pleasant smell. They are in the process of renovating so I’m sure it will be nice soon.

Room was in terrible condition. Dirty windows, no microwave,broken toliet seat, no hot water, WiFi was terrible, parking was around from the hotel and 16.00 per day. The gym was so hot you couldn’t work out. I left a message for the front desk for a 7am wake up call and they never called. Worst stay ever!!

The hotei is adjacent to the clinic so the location is why we stayed there. Our room was not very clean, the bartender wasnot very good or friendly and the morning checkout staff was also not very courteous. There are many options in the area. If we have to return to Rochester we will look elsewhere for accommodations.

Comfortable and reasonable location. Very close to Mayo. All staff, especially restaurant servers, were very friendly and attentive. They are scheduled for a remodel in Nov. 2024, which is very needed. A little outdated.
