The sheets were ripped. Like shredded in three spots . I don’t know how housekeeping didn’t notice it when they made the bed I took pictures

Our room was incredibly dirty. There was big splotches of dried ketchup and other food all over the laminate flooring. There was dried up food on the counter. There were several flies and ladybugs in the room. There was hair in the Jacuzzi tub. The pool area was locked up around the clock, requiring someone from the front desk to let you in. I would not stay here again.

Not heating on the pool, have to walk outside the hotel to get food and go to the main casino . I had no blankets in my room I was so cold at night .
