The only thing I was thrown off by was the incidental charges. I expected to see that in the app saying there were going to be refundable incidental charges, even if the amount wasn’t known so we could have prepared for that. It was $150 incidental charge. The place is okay but not worth $150 incidental charge. For this place to be new, it had a lot of maintenance work done. I don’t think it was worth the high price we paid for the room. We made our room comfortable by little things like bringing our own sheets, buying our own bath supplies and I don’t understand having a whole kitchen without a stove. We did like the fact they provided dishware.

-The staff here were very welcoming and kind, check in and out was easy and quick. -The room was clean and comfortable. (we received a note that due to unforseen circumstances we were unable to get the room cleaned the first night, which honestly was no big deal, nice to be notified and provided info on what we can do if we need anything during that time) -I gave 4 stars on cleanliness due to the fact some of the dishes/cutlery and the fridge were a bit dirty. this isn't a deal breaker for us as they are generous enough to provide dish soap and a dishwasher tab for the dishes. -Breakfast was good, variety of options to choose from, the only thing that would have made this better is if the layout was a bit bigger - it can def. get crowded quickly. lots of seating including outside which was awesome! -Parking was easy and convenient. -Nice location, some construction across the way but it didn't bother us at all. I would definitely stay here with my family again!

Hotel appeared to be fairly new. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, cleanliness was a problem. The carpet was dirty. There was also a mushroom/fungus growing outside of the shower. I reported this when I checked out. I'm not sure if I will ever be in Rochester again, but if so, I will stay somewhere else.

Property was very convenient to the Strong Museum. Rooms were very big and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay. I definitely would recommend this place.

Spacious clean rooms. Very friendly efficient staff. Some fixtures (shower head, door security plate, no USB-C outlets) could be updated. Very comfortable beds. Neighboring construction kicks up dust but dust didn't impact hotel interior. Nice firepit for evening relaxing. Clean pool area.

This property is in the middle of an industrial area that is in transition. The property itself is nice, but there’s nothing around, not any good view, and again it is surrounded by construction and highways. Just don’t expect to be impressed by the immediate area. The hotel itself feels brand new and inside is really nice. The staff at the front desk was great. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfast I’ve had. The only thing I wish is they were better with sustainability. There are real mugs and real plates and real silverware in the rooms, so I’m not sure why they can’t use real mugs downstairs and real silverware and real plates downstairs. They are obviously doing dishes, so pitch the plastic and give people who wanna sit a mug of coffee that is not gonna be thrown in a landfill a chance. Hilton needs to do better than this In terms of sustainability. The room itself was lovely. Very clean and very well designed.

This hotel should change its name to “Home 2 Feet.” The odor in our room was unbearable. The staff agreed. The shampoo dispenser was empty upon our arrival, and we had to clean the filthy shower walls ourselves before using it. They were unable to provide us with a new room so they brought us disinfectant spray and gave us some free snacks. No discount because we paid through Expedia.

First time staying here and had no idea Hilton was this good! Traveled far with family and small dogs and it was Definitely a top quality stay. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The room, property, and facilities were exceptional. I highly recommend!
