Very clean and nice amenities. However the King bed in room 310 was pretty worn out. We even turned the mattress 180 degrees but was still pretty worn.

staff are great my free breakfast is pretty good. Wish the pancake maker was working. beds are comfortable my only pet peeve is there hair all over the bathroom especially in the wall. It very much grossed me out.

The staff was very friendly to deal with, upon check in I realized there was no heat in the room and I was told it would get fixed. It was a partial fix done the next day after sleeping in a room that was 65 degrees. When I returned from my day out it was 82 in the room so hardly the fix I was hoping for. There were some other maintenance things that could have been cleaned up but overall it was an OK stay.

Room was not cleaned very well. Television was small and there were no curtains, only a roll down blind that let light in from the sides of the window. Walls are paper thin - doors slamming in the hall all night was very disrupting as were the loud conversations that could be heard through the walls. Staff was super nice and efficient though.
