With a do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping stripped the beds while we were getting breakfast and refused to leave when she was told we weren't leaving. It was 10 am and she just stayed in the room. We weren't able to finish our stay. The pool was dirty and nothing was done. After several calls to try to talk to management no return calls were made. We want to be reimbursed for our stay

This our second time at this hotel. The room we got appeared clean at first but then we found a toy train behind the curtain and a bottle of Mountain Dew on the floor by the heater. Our room was 232, the drain in the bath tub seemed clogged with a lot of hair, the water took a long time to drain, ceiling but the light in bathroom was peeling and falling apart. Otherwise, the staff at the breakfast buffet did a wonderful job ensuring the breakfast was fully stocked. It’s still a good hotel to stay at if you’re going to the String museum.

The property was ok. The room was neat but it felt dirty. I did not smell any cleaning agents and the room was stuffy. It smelled like walking into someone’s smelly room in the morning. Because I don’t live far (we were here for NYE), I went home and got Clorox wipes, disinfectant, and air freshener. The pool was dirty, I skipped breakfast. I would avoid staying here again. I will say it wasn’t the worst place I’ve stayed. And the room was spacious.

This was some of the worst sleep I think I've had in a hotel. We drove 14 hours and needed some sleep before having to get up and drive 14 more. Went to sleep around 11:30, woken up by a car in the parking lot BOOMING their radio/bass by midnight. Happened again just a couple of hours later. Could hear traffic and sirens all night. By 6am there was a LOUD dump truck beeping and banging around collecting the dumpster for 10-15 minutes. At that point we just got up gathered our things and checked out. Luckily it was cheap enough but PAPER thin walls made it a waste of our time and money. Breakfast was nothing to write home about and the juice dispenser was out of order the 30 minutes we attempted checking in for some. Gave up on that and left as well.

The bathroom floor was dirty along the sides and corner. The bath tub was slippery. The entry way of the hotel was dirty, muddy and needed to be clean. The elevator was dirty. Presentation of the front is key. The staff was friendly. The front of the hotel needed go be clean. Bags full of dog poop.
