This is officially the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my 52 years. The staff was nonexistent or else rude. They looked like they just came from a drug halfway house. There were no towels. There was absolutely no housekeeping. we stayed there for three nights and had no clean towels and no housekeeping in the room whatsoever. The TV channels were almost all nonexistent. The fact that they had HBO was laughable considering that it ran commercials and showed absolutely no movies. It was horribly depressing to return to this place at night . We saw the same spillage of fruit Loops in the elevator for three days. There was mold on the tile, in the sink, on the shower curtain. My room stink of smoke had tried to be covered up with air freshener. I cannot believe that this place operates and had the nerve to charge me $177 a night for this. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves , it’s because the overall number for reviews is at 7.4. However, if you look at the reviews over the last 3 to 4 months, it’s the same things that I’m complaining about. Unfortunately I wasn’t smart enough to do that ahead of time. I would’ve gladly paid an extra hundred dollars a night to not have to stay in this dump.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I am never coming back to this hotel! First, when we arrived there was a sign at the front desk saying that towels were limited and on a first come first served basis. Second, our room smelled like smoke. We decided to give it a night to see if it would air out after we turned on the fan. It didn't. We ask if we could switch rooms the next day since we paid for a non-smoking room. We were told they couldn't switch us because the hotel was full. 10 minutes later I saw a room being cleaned and asked if we could switch to that room since the next guest hadn't arrived yet. I was denied and told that there was not enough cleaning staff to clean my room if we switched. I was then told they would send someone up to spray the room. We left for the day and when we returned our room still smelled of smoke. I asked to have some come up to spray the room and they said they would send someone. No one came. The next afternoon I asked again to have someone spray the room. A different guy at the counter told me, all the storage closets are locked in the afternoon and only the cleaning staff has the key. Cleaning staff only come in the morning. Why wasn't I told that the day before? Third, the waffles and milk were sour. When we let the staff know the milk was sour she said "that can't be! I just opened it". When we let her know the cinnamon waffle batter was out, she said "that's rediculous, I just refilled it at 7!"....it was 8am at that point...

The hotel itself was unkept and dirty. The staff wasn’t super friendly and the breakfast wasn’t fresh. Our room smelled terrible and we found a chip on our floor when we came in the room.

Never really Saw staff and when we did they were not very friendly - they were out of towels. Shower was so dirty I wouldn’t even use it the bath floor mat was soaked not sure how that happened. It’s was gross. The room phone was hidden in the drawer … Breakfast was till 10 we went down alittle after 9 they were out of pastries and bagels. Had to knock on door to find the lady that took care of the food. She said there was no more Food. All in all I will not stay here again.

Mayor Issues! Refrigerator has not working, microwave was dirty!!! and the toilet was broken and the maintenance guy was not available until the next day. I couldn’t sleep. The bed was not comfortable at all. Nothing comfortable about this hotel. I don’t recommend this hotel to anybody

For the most part, the room was clean except for a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom. The tub was slow to drain resulting in standing in ankle deep water during my shower. This was reported promptly but never addressed during my 4 night stay. In addition, the room phone was broken but never addressed. The window has 2 hangers wedged in to act as a lock b/c the actual lock was broken.

Cigarette smoke, broken window, black mold
Will not return to this hotel after previously good experience. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, the windowpane was broken, the smoke detector dangled from the ceiling, and there was black mold in the toilet. I asked to move rooms, but was told that they were sold out and would not move me, even on the second night when there was room turnover. I guess it’s good that a new arrival didn’t get the room dumped on them.

Starting with check in, the front desk provided very limited information as the keys were given. We had to ask about breakfast times. Upon opening the door to our room, we were filled with a very strong air freshener smell covering up some odor. As the air freshener smell faded, the smell of Marijuana became very evident. The room was not stocked with any bathtowels and only had one trash can in the bathroom Also, the sofa bed still had bedding on it from a previous guest and there was no clean bedding for it in the room. We had to get it ourselves from the front desk. We had to get the towels from the front desk as they had no staff to bring them to us. The next morning the breakfast was very busy and everything was out. The breakfast attendant was filling up things while talking on his personal cell phone and not really paying attention to everything that was out. On our second night, the sink start filling up as if it was plugged. It then began filling up from the pipe with all the gross sewage. The next morning, we informed the front desk that it was plugged and it needed to be fixed. The desk attendant said it would be taken care. When we arrived back in the evening, it was not fixed and would not drain at all. It smelled awful. The front desk said there was nothing to be done about it as they didn't have the staff. We had to wash out hands and brush our teeth with the tub faucet. It continued to smell bad all night and as the hotel was full, we couldn't switch rooms.

The Service was bad we didn’t receive any towels when we talked to the front desk receptionist he told us there was no clean towels available also when we called the front desk they didn’t answer the call and finally there was no supervisors or managers to answer our request at night time.

Worst Hotel Ever
First they had no towels or toilet paper in the room. We were there 3 days the front desk had no towels. I have never stayed at a hotel were I couldn’t shower. There is no cleaning service during your stay. Quite possibly the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. I was charged $300 a night to sleep on an old lumpy mattress and every tv channel was cnn except for 3 others. Just avoid at all costs!

Worse hotel experience ever. Room smelled terrible — moldy, smoke. Staff could not help. Limited towels available. Mattresses old and uncomfortable, with loud pinging sounds. Tub did not drain well. Not usually a picky traveler but my experience here was horrible. Left after first night of a planned two night stay.
