The breakfast was good enough but eating with plastic (cheap) and Styrofoam plates and cups was less than I expected from a very nice property. I stayed in a less expensive hotel the night before that had restaurant tableware. That was nice to see.

It was alright
Our stay was not bad but I’m not sure we would stay again. The bathroom floor looked very dirty and I noticed ants crawling on the bathroom floor in the morning. The pool/hot tub area could use some updating. The breakfast was mostly very good but the bagel and English muffins were hard as rocks. The price wasn’t bad and the staff was nice but it wasn’t a place we would stay again.

Very impressed by this property and staff, especially the cleaning staff. In most rooms, my wife and I do a deep clean before settling in, as many properties have something in the rooms that make us question the actual cleanliness. This place was great. And less cleaning. Nice rooms, great shower head, comfortable bed and pillows, large tv, nice sitting area (we had a king suite), quality breakfast, and a quiet room. The layout was a tad smaller than many king suites we stay in, but it didn’t matter due to the layout. We’ve stayed in a few of the other places in the immediate area, as well as the previous brand before it became the Holiday Inn Express, and this was by far the best experience.

My first issue with our stay was having hot water to the bathroom faucet but way less to the shower. This is not something uncommon to hotels in lack of hot water, but when I had it to the sink yes. We also located a partial smoked cigarette upon unrolling the sleeper sofa. It had not burnt it but was laying there. I told desk guy who apologized and offered to move us. But I didn’t want to move stuff as we were leaving early.
