The Space:
This thoughtfully designed garden-level apartment offers both comfort and convenience in a unique setting that was once the City Hall Recorder’s Office.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen complete with cooking essentials and a fully stocked coffee station. Convenience is key with an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as bathroom necessities, cleaning products, fresh towels, and cozy bedding (extra bedding provided for sofa sleepers). Stay entertained with smart TVs and connected with free Wi-Fi throughout the home.

Additionally, the apartment features a fully accessible bathroom with roll-in shower as well as accessible countertops throughout.

Guest Access:
Off street parking is included with your stay. You'll have access to one complimentary outdoor parking space in a private lot. Additional vehicles may utilize street metered parking or the parking ramp adjacent to the building.

So close to Mayo
We were there for the Mayo experience. We walked pretty much every day. Only a 10 minute walk to most of the buildings. Lots of good food within walking distance too
