It is located just off of the expressway making it less than 10 minutes to get to U of R, Strong Memorial Hospital, St. John Fisher college, Nazareth college, RIT, Wegmans, local boutique shopping, and Eastview Mall. It is jut two minutes from Park Ave and the city of Rochester’s downtown entertainment. You can check out events at the cities local theaters, comedy club, and concert venues. With many restaurants and bars within walking distance, this is certainly a spot of convenience.

There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room, making it a perfect space for visiting with friends. The large bedroom contains a queen size bed with a double length closet and plenty of room to store your personal belongings. The bathroom has a beautiful and powerful, large walk in shower and plenty of towels to get you through your stay.
