There's room for improvement
room- wall paper peeling, chairs stained or not cleaned. restaurant - we were told guy fieri's restaurant would be open for breakfast and we walked all the way there only to find out the only breakfast option was starbucks. even 8 oz burger didn't have a breakfast menu. disappointed. bell hop - very professional and courteous and prompt. we told him we didn't need help but afterwards realized we could have used his help and that he earns him money through tips. I regret turning him away.

The room had no coffee maker because people steal them. We only had enough towels for one person. It was a smoking room and no ashtrays not everybody smokes marijuana. Very disappointed.

Dated hotel, expensive.
Don't expect too much as you won't get much.Expensive to stay, nothing much extra dor the extra price. Whole area seems dated, could do with a makeover. Casino has plenty tables and slots although the minimum stakes for table games are $10+ Complimentary drinks were nice, but they won't give you one if you already have one.

Staff was friendly. Asked for a non smoking room. Was put into a smoking room. It was so dingy and smelly we had to be transferred to a non smoking room. They did upgrade out room which was large. It is very dated and all the lights are dim so it makes it difficult to see especially in the bathroom. Also they will not let you a luggage cart without using thwir bellhop. Which means you have to pay him. And then when I did need him he was no where to be found nor was the cart!

I thought I upgraded to a better room on website but arriving it was a deluxe room which is standard. I went to shower and we didn’t have shampoo or any kind of soap. The housekeeping brought me a tube of gel and that was it. No face soap no bar soap and nothing to wash hair. I had asked for a late checkout as always because of my schedule I work second shift and I sleep during the day later than most. I was waken by housekeeping. I then asked for 30 minutes to get ready and I was told it would be an additional 30$ which I almost paid but I didn’t. I was then told if I didn’t leave then I would be charged anyway.

Fun friends concert stay
Staff was friendly and worked quickly at a busy time for check in. Room was nice and convenient for staying overnight after a concert. Burger bar was a great option for late night eats.
