Nice location, 1 min walk to beach, can see morning sun from our room #5 (downstairs), big room and big bathroom, need a little touch up the carpet. Robe is nice little town.

Lovely stay!
Very comfortable stay. The room was large and well appointed. The owner/operator was very communicative ahead of time and check-in was a breeze. Nice to have a dedicated parking space and laundry facilities inside the unit. It is a short drive to a main street where there is a grocery store and other services. The only thing that was a disappointment is the lack of a view. The promo pictures imply that you will have a view of the water. A couple of the units may have a bit of a water view, but room number 7 did not. Still, very much enjoyed this stay and would still highly recommend this accommodation option.

The Property was very well set out, and pleased we were able to spend two nights there. The ability to walk to the Marina Hotel for both Breakfast and Dinner was excellent.

Poor Accommodation
The apartment clearly had problems with ants and mosquitoes. The mist insecticide device did not work and we were regularly bitten by mosquitoes in the room. The apartment had not been properly cleaned. The blinds were dirty, the paintwork around the windows was in need maintenance, the carpets under the sofa and bed needed cleaning, the toilet seat needed securing and the flush mechanism needed fixing. The general paintwork needed redoing. The apartment would have benefitted from a separate sink from that in the toilet/shower room. The chairs were uncomfortable. The access to the apartment was dirty and unswept. Guests being asked to empty the bins at the end of their stay is not acceptable. Overall we were very disappointed and would not recommend it to others.

A suggestion for management. Our apartment had lots of mosquitoes inside when we arrived. Luckily we found some repellent after a few hours. Maybe leave the repellent out on the bench so that it can be used immediately if needed
