Luna Sea is an elegant luxury home situated on the western-most ridge in West Bay overlooking the south shore of Roatan, the Caribbean and the coast of mainland Honduras.  Newly constructed in 2023, this home features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a private pool, a roof top terrace and is walking distance of West Bay Beach.  Luna Sea has the perfect blend of privacy with proximity to the beach.

Please note a new private home is currently under construction in the lot next door to Luna Sea, you may experience noise disturbances during working hours.

Guests enter the huge, custom Honduran hardwood front door and are greeted with a bright, 2-story entry accented with lush tropical plants.  The first guest bedroom is immediately off to the right with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom.  The rest of the main floor is comprised of the kitchen, dining area, and living room all together in an open floor plan design with a 10-foot ceiling.  Facing the sea is a wall of windows that look onto the pool/sunning deck with views across the sea to the Honduran mainland. 

The second level of Luna Sea is home to the second guest bedroom, the master bedroom and the laundry.  The guest bedroom on this level offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.  The master suite is truly amazing with a king bed, free-standing bath tub, huge glass-walled shower and double vanity.  There are floor-to-ceiling windows in the master as well as a private balcony to watch the sun rise over the Caribbean.

An exterior staircase takes guests to the epic rooftop terrace, complete with comfortable seating, hammocks, Corn Hole (bean bag toss) and endless views over the sea.  This area is sure to be a favorite for any guest looking for tranquility and a beautiful breeze.

The home also boasts various Honduran hardwoods, a water purification system, high-speed internet, separate air conditioning units in each bedroom and the main living area, local cable TV, a propane stove and oven, and a back-up generator.  This home has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable tropical Roatan vacation.  Reserve Luna Sea now for the trip of a lifetime.

Such an amazing house!
From arriving at the airport in Roatan to arriving back every detail was taken care of by the island house crew. Big shout out to Tasha who was very helpful in arranging transportation. The house is exactly as seen in pictures. Its about a .5 mile hike to the beach, restaurants, and resorts so super close. The morning views were breathtaking! This was truly a wonderful experience and house. There is construction next door but it wasn't overly loud or woke us up. The didnt start work until 8am and were usually done by 4pm.

Excellent property in a great location. My only feedback will be to add grill/barbecue to enjoy the top terrace area. Plus there is a new house being built next-door generating a lot of noise and traffic. We got lucky that the weather stopped the work for most of the week, Regardless it is a beautiful house, well stock comfortable and located within walking distance of beautiful beach and excellent restaurant on bar choices.
