Very nice staff. Clean hotel. Dog friendly, so many dogs! Smoke free. Only negative is we have a room with connecting door to next room and you could heat neighbors too much.

Small bathroom, needs hand rail at back end of bath. Hand rail is at the front near the taps, there’s no room to get in and out between toilet and bath.
