Beautiful Stay at Village Cay!
I enjoyed my stay at Village Cay. The staff were friendly and attentive and my room was just as pictured. Comfortable, clean and I had a beautiful view of the marina. This was my second stay and I'll be back.

The living room hvac vent has mold and vent dripping water. The return vent in the bedroom is extremely dirty. Bathroom and flooring dirty. Iron not working. Flies all over the room, I managed to kill 3 of them in one night. Room needs proper renovation as human health is compromised.

It is off season( hurricane season) so i world not expect full staffing. The lobby staff was kind and responsive. At check in there didn't seem to be anyone to assist with bags so i dragged mine up three flight but this morning someone helped me bring it down. Appreciate that. The restaurant is clean. Some menu items weren't available but the food i had was fresh and tasted good. Nothing fancy. I was staying there prior to boarding a boat today. The proximity was perfect so i would stay there again.

Used to stay a few days for years while we had a bote. Once we sold the boat, did not came back for 15years. Came back for one night before renting a boat. To my surprise, nothing have changed. It was a travel in time, needs a remodel big time
