LIVING AREAS:
Thoughtfully designed, Stargazer is arranged over two storeys with a spacious outdoor terrace in the centre of each level. The terraces divide the house into two but provide an easy connection, making it the perfect villa for both couples and families.
The main house consists of an airy open-plan kitchen, dining & living room with a convenient half-bathroom. You’ll be immediately greeted with sweeping ocean views to the front. These combined with high cathedral ceilings, and its striking signature round window creates a room flooded with natural light & cool air flow. There’s more than enough room for you and your whole party to kick back and relax in and to your left as you enter you’ll find a generously sized L-shape sofa and 50 inch wall-mounted flat screen TV. Large glass sliding doors make up almost the entire of the front wall, not only allowing for glimmering azure vistas but also spacious front balconies to enjoy a morning coffee from. The kitchen area is equally generous in size and fully equipped, with a large delphinium blue tile-topped island running through the middle. This ample workspace also doubles up as a handy breakfast bar with high stools. A stainless-steel double fridge/freezer (plus another single fridge/freezer), built-in 4-ring stove, oven and dishwasher make for the perfect kitchen for catering for big groups. Finally, an indoor dining area with room for 8 overlooks neighbouring islands and if you catch a glimpse of candy-floss pink it may even be a flamingo grazing in Belmont Pond.
