The staff was always available, friendly and Professional. The beds were comfortable and pillows were great! Rooms, halls, elevators and lobby were clean and welcoming. The breakfast was consistently worn and with a great variety. The worm evening cookies that were offered was a great addition.

I would never stay here again. This is supposed to be upscale but that's a veneer. The front desk staff was only pretend friendly, and there were small problems with the room, such a hole in the blind, scuffs on the walls, a robe hook ready to fall off the bathroom door, a toilet paper holder that didn't work. If you looked closely, the cleanliness was not what it should be. We were told the hotel was "out of do not disturb signs," so we didn't have one. On the morning we were to leave, the cleaning staff aggressively disturbed us THREE TIMES. They blocked the hall with carts and garbage cans, only clearing it halfway so we could push the luggage cart toward the elevator with difficulty. We were exiting an accessible room. What if one of us had used a wheelchair? I have never encountered this kind of rudeness and disrespect in any other hotel.
