This is a new hotel and the cost was cheap. It seemed generally new and clean but the cheap laminate floors were dirty and dusty throughout and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. The room was very basic. Certain conveniences were not available, the telephones were not working, there was no hair dryer provided, the only towels provided were two bath towels and two wash cloths. Toiletries were two small bars of soap and a small bottle of shampoo. The bed was extremely uncomfortable noisy and was on a thin mattress in a small metal frame that seems to be a fold out travel cot bed. Amenities were lacking, there was no pool and one treadmill in their “gym” would probably not stay again.

Asked about late check out, staff said they aren't doing that today. Asked for a toothbrush, staff didn't have any available. The phone in room didn't work, had to walk to front desk. Morning coffee wasn't ready. I would not recommend staying here,but if you do, I hope its better than mine.

The front desk didn’t know what they were doing. Took forever to check in. Than they forgot to charge me deposit. I had to go back downstairs. Room was not that clean. Elevators and floors not clean. Bed if uncomfortable. My key didn’t work to get in the second day. Would not stay here again!

Stayed here for 8 nights, no cleaning service unless booking is for two weeks and up so I use the same linen and towels on my entire stay. I come in this area a lot, but this will be my first and last in this place. By the way, if you need iron and board, you have to get it yourself.

When we got to the hotel at 8pm our room wasn't ready. We had requested a bottom level handicap room. We left and got some food and when we got back it was ready. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was ok not very comfortable and the pillows were flat when you layed on them. The hotel is new so it's a nice place. We had our dogs and they only have mulch planters for them to use to do their business. They need a grass area for the dogs. It's a $10 charge per dog per night and a $50 cleaning fee. Not terrible but adds up. They don't offer any breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat around. It was not very quiet nor do they have curtains on the windows to block out the lights from outside. There is only blinds on the window. Overall it wasn't a bad stay especially since it was so clean.

BASIC hotel
New hotel, so we tried it. It is a VERY basic hotel. Still smells like a new building and pretty much everything was in good working order. No hand towels, coffee pot, hair dryer or dishes (which we found odd for an extended stay hotel). You can rent pots and pans (a small set) for $45. You can also rent dishes for another $45. We did neither. Went to the front desk, and they have hair dryers but you have ask for one, and then bring it back when you check out. They do NOT serve breakfast but do have coffee in the lobby in the morning. The blinds in the room allowed ALOT of light in so plan to be up early! WiFi was not working. They have ice trays in the rooms, but no ice machine that we saw. Room was quiet, not alot of street noise. Staff was friendly and helpful. Again, it is a SUPER BASIC hotel.

There was no house keeping, unless you stayed 14 days. you had to pay $45 if you requested house keeping.Internet was down for several days. No one answers the phone. Most staff members were nice

We loved this hotel. Our stay was great. The staff was nice. The only thing i didn't like was the kitchen area didn't have pots/pans, dishes, or silverware. It was a $45 rental fee.

We stayed for the night. We were not made aware of the $100 deposit. And we had to pay for WIFI. The water for the shower was lukewarm and the pressure was low. The bed was rough and tough. We did not sleep well anytime we moved the bed squeaked.

For this hotel being new they have very had hospitality they need more training and their beds are horrible the staff is clueless hotel has potential for it’s location everhomes is way better and worth the money

What was unique about the property? Besides the room I was assigned had someone sleeping in it when I opened the door and the next room I was offered had 1 bed for 3 adults?? Being out $140 for a hotel stay I never was able to stay at??? Forget that I am still not able to get a refund. NEVER AGAIN!
