The room and hotel was a very clean and acceptable location. I would have loved to have a bureau/dresser for our clothing. Also, I would have loved to have a microwave and coffee pot in the room. Staff was excellent but the lack of getting the room cleaned and having to get towels w/o asking is the reason for the 3-stars overall. That could have been better.

I booked a mobility assemble room with a walk in shower. There was an amazing amount of space throughout the whole room. The staff was wonderful and very responsive. The only downside is the door is heavy to open/hold while trying to also wheel through.

As of October 2024, the hotel is brand new. Everything is fresh, clean and new. The rooms feel like they were designed by IKEA. Very modern, sparse. No closet. They profitized every square foot, so each room is dorm like. Not a deal breaker- it has what you need. The issues with the hotel are noise from the street and freeway, lack of insulation/noise dampening within the hotel. You can hear all the footsteps in other rooms and the hall. The very tight shower, which door opens in to the shower so you have to be in the shower first then turn on water otherwise the door deflects the water and sprays out into the bathroom. All in all, it worked well for us. Nice little breakfast included. Lobby was set up for teens with foosball tables, egg chairs, games. Hot coffee at 6:30am and the staff was great.

Horrible lighting that is on a motion senseor and goes on and off constantly. Very annoying. The highway side is loud! Breakfast is very avg. Floor was filthy. Brand new place so the dirt almost seems like construction dust. My socks were filthy and feel would get covered walking to bed from the shower. Rooms are small. No microwave! Good beds and sheets makes it a good place to rest for a night, but anything longer is a no!
