I normally don’t leave my reviews on things cause I keep thing to myself But this time first they were trying to do unauthorized charges to my card and try to give away my rooms even tho y booked them with a month of anticipation. Second there’s was a leak on the ceiling and my mom almost slip and they only gave us a bucket to cover it. They offer to do reimbursed the money but for that they said the general manager would call me which he hasn’t done. Always a great time a Hyatt but this time no so good.

Great Stay!
My stay was great. I was there for a third week in a row for business and I had previously been staying at the Mission Inn. However, I ended up with countless bedbug bites from the stay, so had to pick a different hotel. This one was great. The staff was AMAZING. The parking was bad and if you wanted to pay for parking it was pretty expensive. I have a disabled placard, so was disappointed that I had to pay so much money for parking.

My view was very good until I got woken up at 3am to a couple physical assaulting each other screaming fighting. I was on a business trip so I wasn't able to get the rest I needed.

It was odd, was given room and keys when I open the room, I noticed someone was already checked in. Someone was showering, I immediately left the room and told front desk. Front desk apologized and gave me a different room, weird experience but they said they would comp my parking and a credit to the night.
