I think it would help if the temperature was more like closer to 70 I needed to ask for an extra blanket because I was cold and the thermometer didn’t work. Also would probably help if the bath towels were thicker. They were a bit thin but overall, everything was good.

Nice hotel, lots of amenities around
Hotel was lovely, staff were very nice. We did however have a room full of people above us who were partying until 3am. The hotel staff did call then for us at 1am but it did not stop and then we had to complain again and they sent security at 3am. It tainted our stay but not really the hotels fault.

Unhelpful Front Desk
The front desk clerk at the check-in counter exhibited a lack of courtesy when I attempted to pay the deposit using my Chime credit card. She informed me that this was a hotel policy, but I have made numerous stays at this establishment without encountering any issues. If a hotel has a policy, it should be clearly communicated to customers or posted in a visible location. It is unreasonable to restrict the payment method for a deposit, regardless of whether it is a Chime card or another credit card. The card belongs to me, and it would decline if the funds were not available. It is perplexing why hotel chains can dictate the payment methods for deposits. I also tried to pay cash but she wouldn’t take that either.
