I booked and paid for my room a month ago. I understand things happen that are not. In our control. This place was clean, comfortable and very polite. I know many fire fighters and evacuees was staying there. I had requested bottom floor and a room on the back side away from freeway. I was exhausted from a drive from Mesa Az to Banning for my Uncle’s funeral and driving home Saturday. I was put on the 4th floor Freeway side, where the noise from the trucks and cars did not get much sleep. Maybe next time will be better.

Too noisy. I asked for a quiet room and ended up with a room on the freeway and could not sleep with the freeway noise despite wearing earplugs. Often times there was no one at the front desk.

The room was very quite, I did not here any noise from my room all night, we came in for the pie wow at the Morongo and lots of people stayed at this hotel, very happy with my stay.

Didnt seem safe due to homeless encampment next to property. However I didn’t have any issues with the encampment. But I felt area was not safe especially at night.
