Seemed to be a mix up from the start. We booked a studio suite, with a pool view. We got a ADA room with a front roof view. Because we used a third party, the hotel was not willing to change our room, even after showing our receipt.

Great Hotel!
Due to a medical procedure, I needed a hotel room close to the medical facility. Finding Hampton Inn on Hotels.com with a great rating, st a great price, I selected it.
