I had to clean the floor upon entry ,the toilet would not flush and did not have a seal to hold it in place, there was no screen on the window, the hot tub leaked everywhere so unusable, and the sink would not drain. I fixed everything. Also the TV would not turn up I. Volume at all.

Pictures on website don’t match
Beds were actually very comfortable. Staff was trying to be accommodating. No screen on the window so we couldn’t open the window. Found a “fake” black widow chilling by the AC unit. Ice machine doesn’t work but they did deliver ice to our room. Paint peeling. Bathtub stained. Walls were sticky.

Poor staff would not refund my stay after there was an issue with the first room. Dirty bathtub in the jacuzzi room. So I changed rooms then there was broken glass so I just checked out that night and went to a different hotel. Still haven’t received my deposit back

NO PRIDE Of OWNERSHIP
I have NEVER stayed at such a horrible hotel with such horrible service!! The tv was broken, the fridge didn’t work, they left us no wash cloths, bath mat, hand towels, and not enough regular towels, when I went down, when we got in at 11 pm to get those things the man gave be a dirty bath mat and dirty towel!! They he told me he would bring up a new towel to me and it took him til 12:30 am! The room was not clean, everything was messed up. I had no choice but to stay here or else I would have left. They even left a dirty bath mat in front of the fridge where they attempted to fix it. Days Inn should be embarrassed to have their name on this hotel. And the fact that there is NO pride of ownership for the space and care for your customers and complete disregard for how you treat people is unacceptable. Highly recommend you stay somewhere else.
The flooring scraped up.
The bath mat they left with dirt chunks in our room after they attempted to fix the fridge.
No backing on the remote of the tv that didn’t work.

Got to our room late and wanted to wash up and there was NO towels Called the front desk the line was busy for 30 minutes Finally went down to front desk had to ring night bell and wait for service Received only 2 towels No wash cloth or hand towel was told only 2 towels Stayed another night Room was cleaned but they took towels AGAIN this place is bunk don’t stay here Night attendant is rude2

It started with key not really working, the room smelled bad and the floor was sticky. There were only 2 towels, no was clothes, and we were missing the remote. There was no ice machine. The hair dryer on the room did work... only good thing. We had driven a long day, and just wanted to relax. I wanted to leave, but my husband did not want to hassle with trying to find a new room. I do not think we will ever stay at a Days Inn again. It was just awful.
