There are Better Hotel Options in the Area
The young lady who checked us in was FANTASTIC. Polite, friendly, professional. The photo originally posted for this hotel on Hotels.com was NOT for this hotel. They used a neighboring hotel's photo, which is what we wanted. This hotel is in a ghetto area and is very outdated. It's loud outside and inside. The A/C sounded like a jetliner taking off. The bathroom walls haven't been properly wiped down. The bed was comfortable. The room was old, dumpy, and dark. Many of the outlets didn't work. It's a hot mess. On the 1st morning of our stay, a "manager" stopped by to tell us it was past time to leave; however, we paid for three nights. No apology. Just left. Upon checking out, a young lady didn't ask how was our stay. They have a long way to go in this hotel to get to at least a 3-star service.

There’s no grass for our service dog to even go the bathroom it’s all rocks. The one little area far away has dog poop all over and smells so bad. Our son’s Nintendo switch was taken by breakfast and the staff told me to go to the breakfast doors and knock where they didn’t even understand me. Front desk acted like they didn’t care nor helped really ugh

Very Nice Property
Nice property for the area and the price was inline with what you receive. The rooms were clean and spacious with a counter area plus sink. The outdoor atrium was a plus, we grilled hamburgers and had a few drinks with other guests. Breakfast was very good with bacon and potatoes along with the eggs! We would definitely stay here again.
