Unique location near food and shopping. For being older, the rooms were clean and not too dated. Breakfast was very convenient. Place was overall quiet, and staff was friendly and helpful. No fee for parking was great, and although there were homeless in the area, the hotel felt safe.

Very welcoming and quiet stay with convenient location and family friendly environment. Staff are polite, checking in is easy and rooms are clean with plenty of supplied towels, shower hygene, a coffee machine and there's a mini fridge. Included is a legit breakfast with fresh cooked eggs, sausage and potatoes, and assortmentof either pancakes or french toast; plus all the ususal fruit, cereal, bagels, juice, milk, coffee; very impressive for the price.

Pros: hotel is located in a good area. Grocery stores nearby, restaurants are close. Hotel looks clean and presentable Breakfast is great part of this hotel. Cons: as soon as we entered the room there was a bad odor. Room smelled like smoke and a chemical substance. I didn't say anything because it was for 1 night. Mattress sink in, not comfortable. Pillows are too soft. There were no extra blankets in the room. Concierge was quick to provide. Overall, good hotel, would recommend for weekend stay.

Terrific Service
We arrived late evening. I was using a cane as I walked to the front desk. I asked for a ground floor room as I am currently unable to climb stairs. The gentleman at the desk did one better: he assigned us the room nearest the lobby and the breakfast room. I’m grateful for his thoughtfulness.
