Guest Access:
Guests have access to a private deck and fire pit area, a 1.5 acre pond for fishing, all trails and paths throughout the wooded property, a 5 acre camp-like yard with bonfire pit, tree swings, zip line (for kids), and picnic hut. There is also a large creek on property.

Grace Woods rests along a quiet country road just a few miles from Lawrenceburg, the Hollywood Casino, Belterra Casino Resort and the beautiful river towns of Rising Sun and Aurora, IN. Other places nearby include Red Wolf Sanctuary (15 min), Hillforest House Museum (20 min), Lawrenceburg Speedway (30 min), Kentucky Speedway (30 min), Versailles State Park (30 min), Great American Ballpark/Paul Brown Stadium (45 min), Downtown Cincinnati (45 min),The Ark Museum (1hr).

Getting Around:
There are two entrances to Grace Woods...this is the main driveway with a square, "GW" sign hanging by the road. When you wind down the long, gravel drive, please pull into one of the spots directly in front of the three car garage. Please avoid parking in any grass. There is a set of stairs to the right of the garage...these lead you directly to your private apartment at Grace Woods.

Grace Woods is an exclusive, private retreat just outside Cincinnati. This dynamic 40-acre property surrounds a 5-acre lake with landscaped gardens, waterfalls and hiking trails.

This listing includes 2 private homes, and is perfect for a large group. Guests have access to:
1) The Main House: a modern, lake chalet
2) The Hideaway: a private apartment with sauna

You can enjoy hiking trails, lakes for swimming and fishing, a large campground for bonfires, tree swings, and BBQs.

Pets are allowed for a $50 pet fee. Please be sure to include your pet in your reservation, if you do not see where to do this, reach out to us.

Events are not permitted at this property unless pre-approved by the host and subject to a $1,000 event fee.

Life jackets are provided at the property and must be worn by all guests before entering the water. Swimming and related activities are undertaken at your own risk. The property owners and host will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or other incidents related to water activities.

Interaction with Guests:
We are a management company based out of Kentucky but there is a specific housekeeper and maintenance worker in the area if necessary. Entry is via keypad and therefore, is self check in. We're available 7 days a week, 8am-11pm EST.

This cabin offers its guests a hot tub, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Rising Sun cabin is smoke free.
