Tenía un poco de desconfianza por algunos comentarios negativos acerca del servicio, en mi experiencia fue totalmente lo contrario, un excelente trato de recepción, el personal de limpieza. El temazcal increíble y la piscina. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar ahí para un viaje rápido y cercano.

Lugar tranquilo, la habitación le faltaba mantenimiento, la puerta del baño no podría cerrarse, además de ser muy ruidosa por q nos toco la habitación frente a la calle. Hacia frío y la unidad de refrigeración solo funcionaba para frío.

Aunque está algo retirada de la calle principal, el lugar se ve algo pequeño por fuera pero es muy bonito y amplio dentro. No tienen desayunos pero el ambiente y las comidas y snacks hacen cómodo la estancia.

El jardín y la alberca son espaciosos muy bonitos y cuidados. Cambiamos a tu n cuarto con dos camas matrimoniales pues el otro era muy estrecho. Las recámaras no tienen vista a ningún lado. Mal ventilado tenia un ligero olor. El restaurante es bueno y accesible. Desayunamos y cenamos allí muy agusto.

Hello No respetan el horario de la alberca En su reglamento dice De 9 am @ 9 pm El viernes eran las 6 de la tarde. Y no permitieron entraramos por tema de la la limpieza .. Nos manadoron a la segunda alberca en el area de eventos El agua super eleda y con una RATA viva disfrutando el agua. Que paso!!! NADA Solo fueron muy sonriente los trabajdores a retirarla. El domingo ya fue el último dia de stancia A las 9 y media aun no estaba lista la. alberca Nos quedamos con las ganas de estar en nla alberca. otra vez tema de limpieza no permitieron nos metieramos Mi opinión deven de asegurar las albercas esten limpias respetando los horarios que anuncian en su reglamento. Y contratar un servicio de fumigación para evitar ese tipo de animalitos .
