Ao chegar no hotel fomos informados que o sistema elétrico havia dado pane e que não poderia nos hospedar. Até a presente momento não foi feito estorno dos valores. Insatisfação total. O Hotel.com infelizmente também não deu nenhum suporte, pois não tinha atendente que falasse em português.
