Overall I would say this was a pretty good hotel. Although open, it was still under construction and certainly not a new hotel but a renovation of an old hotel. It got quite noisy by mid-morning due to construction. Elevators barely functional. Definitely not the place to go if you want a nice view from the hotel room. BUT very very comfortable and huge bed, room felt clean enough, big shower, good internet connection, little desk space if you need to work remotely, safe enough area, very close walking distance to Copacabana beach, and pretty good breakfast.

Terrible. No water supply when we arrived at 9:30am until noon, but we were charged one additional night for checking-in at 9:30am. Terrible policy by hotels.com as they didn’t even care to help us get the refund.

Chegamos 1 dia antes da reserva e o atendente disse q havia apenas 2 quartos LUXO. Pagamo 300% a mais do que o resrvado pelo site. Apenas 1 elevador p hsopedes, velho e ficamos presos dentro, subindo e descemdo sem parar em nenhum andar. Chegando ao quarto, horrivel, tinha 1 cama casal e 1 solteiro, janela p um paredao, cheiro nao agradavel. Pelo menos a cama era boa.

Hotel muito ruim para a região. Quartos com aparência ruins, mesmo reformados sao extremamente mal acabados. Cama de mola desconfortável. Sem isolamento acústico algum, com barulho excessivo vinda tanto da rua quanto dos corredores. Só recomendo para quem esteja sozinho e nao se importe com o mínimo de conforto em uma região tão nobre. Se estiver em casal ou família, vai se arrepender.

Achei um absurdo cobrar o valor de 30,00 para guardar a mala, ou seja, paguei 60,00, pois precisei deixar guardado a mala no checkout. Nunca tinha visto isso em hotel. Além do mais, foi solicitado no café da manhã para o atendente fritar 1 ovo, porém o mesmo relatou que demoraria 30min.
