Stay at this hotel only if you’re okay being jolted awake by early-morning construction. If low water pressure and sagging mattresses don’t bother you, then Park Regency might work for you. The lobby gives the illusion of a nice hotel, but the rooms tell a very different story.
The worst part? BEDBUGS.
When I reported it, I asked for a partial refund—reasonable, given the circumstances—but they refused. Their solution was a dinner voucher and access to a room for a few hours to store my luggage because I was checking out. Completely unacceptable.
And shame on Hotels.com for offering zero support. They’re quick to take your money but nowhere to be found when there’s a real issue. After this experience, I won’t be using their platform again, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere too.
