The staff spoke limited English so there was an immediate langugage barrier that was a big surprise. The hotel was real busy and really crowded, breakfast was delicious, rooms could use an update. Otherwise, a fair hotel to stay at.

Had to change rooms due to the disgusting state of the room and bathroom. Tiny flies all over the bathroom ceiling. The room floor was sticky. Had to buy an extra pair of discardable flip flops just to walk around the room and bathroom.

In front of water, seemed a safe area. Property was however, very very dated with few good amenities and not kept clean (pool) regularly. Bed was poor quality and overall room layout and design was uncomfortable

Ótima localização. Péssima experiência no check-in, somente um funcionário no atendimento, duas tentativas de 1h cada para conseguir pegar as chaves. Aguardando com as crianças cansadas após uma viagem cansativa. O principal objetivo era relaxar, mas a primeira experiência com o hotel já foi péssima. Outras pessoas já haviam comentado sobre isso e a resposta do hotel é que naquele momento havia um alto índice de hóspedes, vim em dois horários diferentes e o problema se repete.

Poor experience
The hotel need to be renovated rooms very old, curtains with holes and wall peeling. Also I had to cha ge rooms because my 1st room was very dirty in the was and with an infestation of ants and I was in the third floor. The staff is friendly but the rooms are very small and not comfortable at all.

I had à réservation for three night, but thé second night I was bited by fleas. I talked about it to the desk and people was laughing. I said I quit the hôtel and they asked my Card to pay the garage. I never had my invoice.
