The glasses and showers were dirty, full of mold and soap leftover. Lots of debris on the corners of the bathrooms. Mirrors and cushions were damaged with mold and looked dirty. Towels and sheets were stained and with holes. Trash cans were broken. The receptionists were very helpful and kind.

Nuestra estadia en KS Residence fue maravillosa. La atencion en recepcion son de primera, muy atentos y ama bles. La limpieza y el confort del apartamento son de primera. Posee amplios balcones y queda a unos 15 mts caminando de la playa. Ofrece cafe y otros ingredientes para el desayuno diarion.

Convenient, spatious, near the beach
Positives. Spacious apartment in a secure building, very generous breakfast, close to the beach and a supermarket. Very friendly staff. Quiet and clean, great daily service. Some negatives. Upon checkin, we were given a document to sign, which was only in Portuguese (which we do not speak). The receptionist translated it roughly but it was 1.5 pages, so we just signed trusting the oral translation. There was only cold water in the kitchen, no dishwasher either. Gas stove in kitchen can be intimidating to people not having used gas appliances.

O local é excelente, rua tranquila, próximo a bares, restaurantes, farmácias e mercado. Praia perto, no melhor local da Barra da Tijuca. O hotel empresta toalha e cooler para levar para praia e ainda, fornece o gelo. Os quartos são grandes e a cama excelente. Os funcionários são muito educados e prestativos. Pretendo voltar sempre.

Ficamos no Apt. 202, muito melhor do havia ficado dias atrás. Todos os equipamentos funcionando bem. Café da manhã perfeito, somente sentimos falta de prato de sopa e muito pouco talheres. O restante estava tudo bem.

Sempre que venho ao Rio de Janeiro me hospedo no KS Residence. A equipe é muito simpática e prestativa, as instalações são excelentes e há oferta de ótimos restaurantes na região. A praia está há poucos minutos a pé e há acesso fácil aos principais pontos da cidade, de carro ou de metrô .
