Room was not cleaned, had to ask TWICE when it should have been cleaned without having to ask at all. Asking second time at midnight I was ignored in customer service line for other people to be dealt with and once spoken to had to wait another 30 minutes for rrom to be cleaned

Muito bom
No segundo dia não arrumaram o quarto apesar da solicitação com o cartão na porta. Os elevadores estavam em manutenção o que dificultou muito no primeiro dia. A localização é boa apesar de não ter algo para se fazer a pé, mas a proximidade principalmente do centro que era onde estavam minhas obrigações, facilitou muito. A area em si esta em plena revitalização o que será muito bom para o hotel em pouco tempo.
