Location was terrific ! Room was comfortable and roomy...Staff was nice and doorman was always available to provide security ! Good choice for a stay...reasonably priced!

Bull house company is bad
Don’t ever book through Bull House Comoany they are impossible to deal with. The ipanema beach star itself is good but the company ‘bull house’ is bad book thru another site

ruim
nos ligaram para retardar nossa chegada pois haviam problemas na unidade, esperavamos acomodaçoes no quinto andar, nos colocaram no 3 andar em uma unidade que o teto do banheiro estava com um enorme buraco, horrivel a aparencia, o wi-fi não funcionava, sendo resolvido somente no domingo, entramos na sexta a noite, não havia papel higienico, e ao procurar a governança me informaram que eles não davam apoio aos aptos do hotel, a piscina estava suja no domingo.Não recomendo.
