On my visit to Norway I looked for a property close to where I was working. As a keen golfer I noticed the property advertised an on site golf course and driving range. This was the main reason I booked this hotel. I paid extra to fly my clubs over. To my surprise on arrival there was not a golf course in site or driving range. When I enquired about the facility’s I was told the nearest course was over 20 minutes away. This was really disappointing. The property didn’t have an electric charge point either. This has really put me off using hotels.com again now as I don’t know what to expect from the advertised rooms. The room didn’t look anything like the advertised room and it definitely wasn’t a queen bed. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and the room was very basic and not what I was expecting for the price I paid.

Norwegian Lying machine
Reception staff continually lying to me regarding all the problems that I had. Room description was nothing like the room I paid for. The rooms were dirty. The towels were not changed. The bins were not emptied. Room keycards kept on failing. Breakfast food was warm to cold. The bedding was not changed regularly. No water. No tea. Plastic cups.

Me var godt fornøgd med hotellopphaldet. Koseleg resepsjon, med fine sitteplassar ein kunne samlast rundt. God frukost, fine alternativ for allergiske/intoleranse.

Møkkete rom
Overrasket over hvor dårlig standard det var på hotellrommet. For det første var gulvene møkkete - det lå skruer og bøss på gulvet. Baderomsgulvet var fult av lo. Det var ikke lys i lampene over senga, den ene manglet til og med pære. Kun den ene sengen ble redd opp på dag ti. Badet har ikke vifte. Dusjen ga veldig ujevn varme og vannet kom utover hele gulvet. Ellers var det god frokost med godt utvalg. Det var gratis parkering enkelt å parkere. Fellesområdene var også fine.

Hei vanligvis greit, men denne gangen dyreste rommet jeg har hatt, men det dårligste. Det sto queen seng, men fikk 2 enkle uten at det ble opplyst. Bestilte ekstra puter som var avklart på forhånd. De var ikke på plass ga beskjed i resepsjon fredag 15.00 og han skulle ordne når han fikk tid. Han bekreftet søndag klokken 11.00 hadde ikke hatt tid. Forsiden av ene senga hadde tydelig merker etter gammel moro. Radiator støvete. Lampe var plassert på bord, men ingen kontakt som den kunne plugges til. Kontakter ellers på et lavmål. snekker og elektrikker hadde ikke samarbeidet

Nedslitt hotell
Nedslitt og kummerlig hotell. Betalte 1900 kr for rommet som det ikke kunne forsvare. Luktet innrøykt. Dårlig ventilasjon. Rommet var nedslitt - uappetittlig vegg til vegg teppet og ødelagte nattlampe. Ubehagelig lukt på bad. Kun to hånklær. Svømmebassenget var fint, men sluk i dusjen tett vannet kom i retur. Ikke håndklær tilgjengelig i svømmehall.

Anbefales!
+ Bra hotell med landslige omgivelser samt gangavstand fra kjøpesenter. Hamar senteum er noen minutter unna med bil. Hyggelig og hjelpsom staff. Rent rom og rene overflater. God mat til frokost og middagsbuffé. - Noe dårlig ventilasjon på rommet som kanskje trenger oppdatering. Badet er ganske trangt og vannet fra dusjen renner fort over hele gulvet.
