The resort is fantastic with incredible customer service. The condos are spacious, but starting to show their age. It’s still a great deal compared to a cabin on property.

The property was great! My kids really enjoyed Fun Mountain and all of the Christmas Activities that the resort had planned. We loved the drive thru light tour that was complimentary with our stay and the nature/ cave golf cart tour. The indoor pool was great. Checkin process wasn’t that great. When we went to check in our room wasn’t ready and they said they would call us when it was ready. They didn’t call us. When I went back to ask about it they said it was because the room wasn’t ready yet. I asked if they would double check with housekeeping bc it was past 4pm. They checked with housekeeping and it had already been ready. So just poor communication in that instance. Overall the room and property amenities were great!

The Wilderness Club always delivers. Very comfortable stay - has everything you need to make breakfast or dinner or you can always go to one of the restaurants at Big Cedar. The grounds are beautiful and you get to enjoy everything Big Cedar offers even though you are at a timeshare resort. Your stay won’t disapppint!

The property was beautiful with so much to do. Upon check-in we were super impressed with the size, space and cleanliness of our condo. There were 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teens and 1 pre-teen) - we never felt like we were on top of each other! There were 2 bathrooms so that was never an issue. It was also really nice having a full-size kitchen to cut down on ordering out food costs with continuously hungry teenagers - and a full size fridge to store leftovers from the big portions you get at the restaurants on resort. We couldn't have been more pleased with our entire experience. If we vacation here again in the future we will definitely book another condo!
