Accidentally put in the wrong date for stay and hotels refused to change it even though the hotel was happy to change the reservation. The Wi-Fi needed troubleshooting and there were very few amenities. The bathtub was creaky, and the staff seemed not to know what to do abouta number of issues although I should note they were friendly.

I wavered between 1 and 2 stars for this review. While the property is new and clean, we had several issues. Upon arrival, our assigned room was still dirty so they had to find us another one. (8:30 at night mind you and booked the day before). The room doors are very noisy and I heard them slam all night. The raised beds squeak every time you move. We had only 1 tiny shampoo bottle and a bar of soap for toiletries. Upon waking to shower, I could not find a hairdryer. The front desk didn’t have one either. And then the last straw was not being able to get any hot water in the shower. So needless to say I couldn’t shower and the lady at the front desk was just like, “well, we are a new hotel”. So, if you want to be assured of being able to shower before going to the airport or your special event, I wouldn’t stay here.

The personal was exceptional the cleanliness was exceptional there was a loud noise in the wall that occurred in my room #106 at 1:00AM and I had to move to a different room at 3:00 AM It was discovered that the room was next to the electrical room
