I booked a suite that sleeps four with a tub. When we got to the hotel the suite did not have a tub and we were told by the worker at the front desk that the hotel was being renovated and all tubs were being taken out. We had to downsize to a standard two queen bed room with a tub. I had two children and hardly any space and the air/heat in the room made the most obnoxious noises all throughout the night and we couldn't get sleep unless we turned it off. I was told I could not speak to a manager to accommodate or cater to my issues until Monday. We were there for the weekend.

Staff was very nice, location good, ample parking. But couch was stained, and many chairs in breakfast area stained too. Room large but oddly sparse. Looked like where the CIA would be doing a sting operation involving oil sheikhs. Breakfast was uninspiring.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! We really enjoyed the breakfast included. We did use the pool and the workout room. Liked them both. Room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. Great location. Will definitely stay here again!

The Hotel is very nice. It is convenient to shopping and close to the interstate and major highways. The parking is not so great for larger vehicles. I drive a large truck and the parking garage could not accommodate my truck and there are very few spaces outside of the garage.
