Beautiful serene high class property with large clean rooms that have all the amenities to make the stay comfortable. Beds and pillows very comfortable. The gym is higher end than other hotels. Front desk girl was very welcoming. Staff at restaurant also friendly and food was good.

Good enough
We were en route in a longer trip so the premises were above expectations. I thought the outdoor aspect was spacious and there was great spaces to walk and run on the morning but there weren't the beautiful floral ages from the photos, not sure if that is a seasonal thing. Rooms were clean and a plumbing issue was dealt with efficiently.

It is a beautiful garden hotel from outlook but inside the building needed renovation especially the bathroom. Room is outdated. There are very slow drainage in sink and toilet, furniture falling aparts... I stayed in room 336 for two nights. The next morning before leaving the hotel, I went to hotel front desk requested a room cleanup service. When I came back in late evening, the room had never been cleaned, nor had new towels to use. I am very disappointed. I am a Hilton Honor member and have stayed in "Virginia Crossings Hotel, Tapestry Collection" three times in the past, but I think it was the last time I stay in this hotel.
