Great place and location!
Great place to stay! Steveson Village is adorable with lots of places to eat and easy to walk around. Wish there was more places to hang towels, robes, and more mirrors in the suites to help more than 1 or 2 people to get “ready”. Had a great stay and would stay there again

Chantelle at the front desk was WONDERFUL! We were going to a concert and wanted to access the room early and even though we couldn't because it wasn't turned around in time, she really went above and beyond to ensure our luggage was stored safely and make all of the necessary calls to guarantee the comfort of our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable with the prettiest location next to the water! In addition, Level offered us guest parking at their sister property downtown at such a discounted rate for their guests and you could tell that the service there was equally as excellent. Very impressed by these properties' level of service!

Super Clean and Comfortable
We rented the unit for the evening only. We had an 8am flight out back to Chicago and we were skiing at Whistler days before. I had a hard time completing the app check in but customer service followed up diligently and gave us an alternate option. Once that completed, everything went smoothly. The place was clean and I was able to cook breakfast and make my husband coffee before we headed to the airport. I would definitely make plans to visit Vancouver next time and stay at Stevenson again. I'm sure it will be a lovely stay. It's also only 15 minutes from YVR.

We only arrived very late at night for an early morning departure at YVR so we didn’t see much of the area. Street parking was an abailable directly out front. Arriving late, we had confusion which block of apts the rental could be found. I tried another unit with the same number on the wrong building. Also you can only access by key from street entrance and not from the boardwalk. Some unnecessary confusion could have been avoided with clearer arrival instructions. We didn’t need to download the app to gain access either, just used the keypad if you prefer.

We came here with our family and pet and this was perfect for us. The walks by the water were nice, having a kitchen and laundry facility was very helpful. Our last night was slightly disappointing with new tenants who were very loud throughout the night and we couldn’t call anyone to ask them to manage the loud neighbours. There was someone at the desk for a part of the day but this place is mainly self check in. That said, I would definitely come here again with my family.

This property needs to change its online check in procedures which require online scanning of drivers license and emphasizes no in person check in is possible. This message does not come up until after making a nonrefundable reservation. Also photos are misleading as our building’s apartments faced the parking lot with an ugly view of car bumpers. Only one building had apartments facing the water and they were either rented or not available at all. Our room was not available for check at 4 and staff did not have it ready until almost 5:15. We sat in the car on a chilly drizzly day waiting to get in. There was a staff member who ultimately helped from the other building to get a cleaning crew and activate our code. Don’t know what someone would have done if they came over from the airport by taxi!
