We checked in and our first room the door would not open. I went back down to the lobby and was told the handle is messed up and to lift up. We went up and the door still would not open. Went back down to the lobby. She took my key, fixed it and gave it back. I went up to the room and we got in. When we went in the room hadn't been cleaned. The bed had hair in it, the bathroom still had peoples old shampoo and conditioner bottles in it. The sink also had someone's old bathing items in it. There was also someones old vape. I went down and told the front desk and they gave us the room right beside it. We went in and immediately were super cold. It was around midnight at this point and the windows were open in November. We checked around and it was filthy as well. We needed to sleep at this point so we went to the car for our own pillows and blankets and came back up. We went to put our drinks in the fridge and it didn't work. My brother accidently put his hand and $80 sweater into some really disgusting water that who knows how long has been sitting there. We had it at that point. We were only staying a few hours to sleep then hit the road again so we went to bed and couldn't wait to get out of there.

It’s ok
Easy check-in, parking was somewhat limited if you’re pulling a trailer. The bed was very springy and not comfortable. We would still stay here, but would definitely prefer a place that had better beds.

Disliked, couldnt find office from outside, Tv, phone, and other equipment would not work including plastic keys and had to go to another room, only 1 wash cloth that was clean but looked like it had been used to clean a dirty car or boots, limited parking.

The rooms were nice and quiet. The surroundings and lobby were less so, although not unusual for a highway-side motel. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room, especially given the inexpensive price. Would stay again.

Stains were on the pillowcases, blankets and towels. Looked to be urine stains on the bedding. Overall check in and out employees were very friendly and the hotel wasn’t too bad for the cost

I booked my reservations on Expedia as i always do. When i get to the property i wasasked by the woman at the front desk do i have any pets? I said yes because any time i book my room i tell them my pets are with me and how many. Before i booked my room it said for this place limit four pets. Did not say any fees. So i booked it thinking my two pets would stay for free. That is not what happened only 1 can stay for free. I had to pay extra for the second one. I was told that this was their new policy. I have stayed at several Red Roof Inn's and never been asked how many pets i have or been charged for a pet. Keep in mind i booked this room for five nights six da. I went back out to my car and called Expedia and they canceled my reservations. I was exhausted from my drive and decided to stay for one night. I have found a new hotel in a different city that will not charge me for my pets to stay there. The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable. The parking was not so nice because all the doors are inside the hotel and so we had to park in a different place. I come to Indiana every year and stay for a week because i have in laws in Indiana. But i will never stay at this place again. I even received an email and it did not say that we were going to be charged for the second pet. I honestly believe that if there policies change they need to let the other traveling companies know so they can change it on there end.

It was an example of what you get is what you pay for. Our room smelled a little like ciggies but beds were comfortable although one pillow had a little blood stain (didn’t use it). Showers were dirty but again you get what you paid for. If you need a quick pitstop for some sleep, it’s more than enough.
