Complete the upgrade
The property had smells of mildew throughout as well as signs of it too. You could tell there were efforts done to upgrade but job half done. I think the pictures shown were of one nice room and the rest need help. I booked here because it said that they provided an airport shuttle but was told that hadn't happened since covid. They only provided one wash cloth but two bath towels for the room. Had to request an additional one plus a new one because hair was on the towels. The next evening there was a roach on the wall. Bed did sleep comfortable but will not return.

The room was not clean and feet small for the price. The furniture was very worn. The shower was hardly wiped down and there was an old coffee filter in the coffee machine. I wasn’t there 12 hours and could barely sleep.

The front desk was person upon check-in was brusque and borderline rude to me, mumbling through basic info I needed to enjoy my stay, such as quickly mumbling the wifi passcode and how to access stairs to get to room (2nd floor). Upon payment from my card, the wrong name was presented as a reserved guest, and after telling her this she did nothing and commenced to check me in, swearing she'd spoken to me earlier about the room, which I never did as I made reservations online without speaking to anyone. Once inside the room I soon discovered the remote never worked for tv--I believe the batteries may needed to be changed, but the remote chamber where batteries would be, were screwed shut. Next, the wifi passcode she scribbled on the card holder never worked after many tries. Just disrespectful and shoddy!! Will never use this property again!!

We were very happy with our stay here. There was lots of fresh fruit at breakfast and the waffle machine is always delightful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Area was safe and quiet. Would stay there again.

Room good but breakfast minimal
Room was clean, furniture in good shape. We had noisy neighbors, but can't blame the hotel. The only negative was the breakfast. It was minimal. One option I liked was pancakes, which I normally love. But these were somewhat dried out, probably because we came in toward the end of the breakfast period.
