Bare minimum hotel
Pool, workout room and pool table are not in service as advertised. Rooms were clean but the rest of the hotel was ruff. Multi colored paint patched hallway. Elevator dirty. Breakfast was a waffle maker… a dry cereal.. and white bread wrapped in plastic wrap. If you just need a place to sleep it is fine… not a family getaway type place… i have paid less for more.

Let me start by saying our room was mostly clean. I have no qualms about the room. The property itself was dated and not so clean looking. When we first checked in I needed to use the bathroom and I was told to go down to the basement to use that bathroom. It was scary and dirty down there. The door to the stairs was locked so I had to use the elevator to go back up. Had there been a problem I would have been stuck down there. The free breakfast was meh… nothing to write home about. All amenities were closed for maintenance - pool, exercise room, pool table and restaurant. I could understand one being closed but all? It worked ok for the two nights we were there but I would not recommend or return.

Don’t expect much and you may not be disappointed. The place is nearly a tear down. The furniture upholstery had holes in it. The security door lock was poorly installed after the prior one evidently was ripped out, leaving exposed and unrepaired screw holes. The toilet barely flushes due to minimal water flow. Dirt cheap toiletries. Can’t imagine how this ever could have been a “Conference Center”. Pretty grim. 😳 There isn’t much offered for the “free breakfast”. Two tired looking apples were the only fruit on offer. No hot breakfast items other than the waffle maker. As I was checking out at 9:35, I asked the only employee anywhere to be seen (she doubled as front desk and breakfast provisioner) if I could have a little milk for my coffee. She was quite rude and said “no, breakfast ended at 9:30” (five minutes ago). No effort whatsoever to accommodate this very minor request. No apology. So no milk for my coffee today. Single pane glass windows which offer very little thermal insulation. The windows were coated from top to bottom with heavy condensation on the inside in the morning. One positive thing — the room had a decent sized mini fridge.

First the pool closed...then the desk people were not pleasant. The hotel is not for disabled people. Parking is down hill of the front desk. Walking up the hill is extremely difficult. A wheelchair would not be possible. Breakfast was just waffles or hard boiled cold eggs. Very unpleasant stay. Will not stay again.

Yhe bed was very comfortable. The Continental breakfast was paltry with not much variety. The curtain was broken in a couple spots. Staff was friendly. There were tiles missing in the bathroom

I booked room based on they had a pool but the pool was closed. There was no food in the vending machines. There was a pungent odor in the hallways and rooms. The tv in the room did not work. I'd only suggest booking this room if you were looking for a place to stay at bottom dollar pricing. Many other great hotels in the area.
