This 1940s home has lots of character with the upgrades you want! Newly furnished and super close to I-295/I-95. You can be at Short Pump mall for shopping, or downtown Richmond to view the sites in about 15 minutes. This property comfortably sleeps 4 in the two spacious queen bedrooms and has a newly renovated bathroom. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a wooded backyard and small creek! Enjoy being close to everything in a serene location with a 5-star experience from a Superhost.

* Good size backyard for dogs to run around. There is a small creek that runs through the backyard with lots of trees. Please note that it's almost fully fenced in, but we ask for you to keep your dog on a leash when in the yard.

Coming in town for a Richmond event? We are located conveniently close to I-295/I-95 for easy access to anywhere in Richmond. Here are a few key events and attractions:

- Brown's Island (ending point for many races & location of many festivals and events)- ~18 min drive

Guest access
This part of the house is private to you during your stay. There is an upstairs unit where one of the owners of the house lives with her son and two cats. They are very quiet, but you may see them on the back deck or outside on the property at times.

The basement is not accessible for guests.

Please note that the fireplace is not workable at the moment. We are working to find someone to fix it.
