Outdated, sink didn’t drain, WiFi didn’t work and the bed felt like it was made of cardboard. Only positive was the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Overall, I’d stay again, but the beds are not comfortable. We’re staying one night, so it’s fine. Also, the beds are on metal box frames, so every move we make, it makes a popping noise. Thought this was no pets, but dog barking on the 2nd floor along with people being extremely loud in their rooms. Check in was super easy though and rooms were pretty clean. Our duvet had a few stains, which gives the ick, but hopefully it’s been washed and it just can’t be removed.

They have Jr Suites so 3 or more people can stay in the same quarters with the complete livingroom effect. What could be improved is a larger refrigerator, because the mini is too small.

This is an excellent place to stay in the Richmond area. It is close to shopping and many restaurants. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. The only downside is the towels and sheets were nearing the end of their life. There were holes in the towels.

‘Breakfast Dee’ made it worth it!
My stay was made awesome as Dee was doing breakfast for everyone. She is the sweetest worker & part of the reason I stayed here. I had the pleasure of meeting her once before & she made such a lovely impression! Now, when I check in around 6:30pm on Sunday Dec 15th, the man at the front desk was another story! Not welcoming, not smiling, just seemed bored & grumpy! Room was good, nothing to write home about, but good. Fridge was a little noisy, just a slight whistle all night. Remote was hard to figure out & I definitely was not going to call the front desk guy to help me! So I had the cooking channel on pretty loud. lol I couldn’t figure out changing volume or channel. lol The location is good, close to stores, mall, food. Price was good. Free basic breakfast. And being alone I felt safe in the area too. I’ll be back!

Can I grab a snack for breakfast??
This trip was for a soccer tournament. It was a last minute decision to stay rather than drive back home. The hotel was clean. Next to a mall. Breakfast was decent, but they opened at the time we needed to leave. The staff DID NOT want to accommodate the many soccer players that wanted to grab something quick so they could head to the pitch. They simply kept repeating when the breakfast bar opened. Quite annoying. When we first walked in, the cleaning staff was cleaning the floor. I was pleased to see that. They seemed to be investing in the cleanliness of the hotel rather than do the bare minimum. We stayed in the first floor. Not ideal, but it was quiet and we felt safe.

Great Location with some decent amenities.
My girlfriend and I were in town for a few days to visit some family. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The check in and check out procedure was overall seamless and the woman working the Front Desk was very nice. The breakfast was decent, but it would have been nice to have something a little more hot and fresh. They also only had water in water faucets on the first floor, so I definitely recommend adding water faucets or a fresh water machine on every floor. Overall, I would stay again due to the centralized location and the great customer service. Left a few things to be desired but no deal-breakers.
