I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly. I was surprised to hear from the staff , I had to pay for parking for each night. Especially, since , I had already paid for my room.

A $10.00 charge for parking each night is absurd for this property, with plenty of surface parking and adjoining a Target. Many hundred parking places were available and this is not a densely populated/city location. Shower had warm water at best.

Staff was very friendly. Room was big and nice. Towels were a bit frayed and not soft. Breakfast was good, but no cold cereal. Was frustrated there were only 2 chargers for electric cars, and both were occupied when we arrived, so couldn't charge up.

I really liked that the rooms are spacious, the hotel includes coffee and breakfast, late check out. Do need a microwave in the room - only major thing missing. Would like to be able to reheat a meal.

Was a good place for easy arrival to and departure from Richmond Airport and super easy to hop on to the freeways into the city. Travel time anywhere was fairly short. Staff very friendly and helpful, one of the easiest hotel stays. Room spacious and comfortable.

Musty hotel room with an AC so bad it made my face swell both nights. the furniture was sticky, shower floor orange and the handles for the drawers were rusty. the floor was gross and had brown spits by the sink. the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. the pillows sank and had no fluff. it was like sleeping on nothing. overall this was a horrible experience and i will never stay here again.

Older property but in good shape. Bathroom was large with walkin shower. Staff was friendly and breakfast good. It's next to a target and Longhorn restaurant. Very convenient. I'd definitely stay there again.
