I was not able to access to property. Several attempts to contact the host. Refused to return call.

DO NOT BOOK!!!! POOR COMMUNICATION!!!!
Does not reply to messages at all……. Check-in time was 3pm. Had not received any info about checking in at 1pm. Customer service reached out to help and couldn’t make contact either. At 3pm I called customer service back and after 30 mins with them , host finally responded with property was unavailable…. Host could have cancelled but didn’t …… VRBO customer service was very helpful in this situation.. Thanks to them…..

Terrible experience
Travelled to Richmond with this property booked.Property owner would not respond with access details, arrived in Richmond 8.30 pm on friday with nowhere to stay had to drive out of town to get a hotel for the night and we were running a marathon at 7am next morning.Destroyed our entire trip and months of training wasted.
