The hotel looks newly renovated. Everything looked clean and in very good condition. The dining area has a good variety of seating and large screen TVs. Several eateries are in walking distance (Chipotle, Panera, Chick-fil-A, etc.).

Nice hotel. Above average breakfast. Convenient location close to the highway. Only criticism was noise. Light sleepers may not enjoy this hotel. We could easily hear conversations in the hall and in neighboring rooms.

Front desk staff exceptional, especially Maya, she went above & beyond for us. Room spacious, breakfast included was perfect with options for everyone, including a hot pancake machine. The kitchen staff went above and beyond for all the guests. Coffee, Cocoa and tea bar always open. Great lounge and creative art/antique/vintage shopping next door.

Rooms were great. Problem was no room service offered and both mornings that I stayed at this property, I woke up with shouts from other rooms. Calling front desk was a waste of time as they just laughed about it and did nothing. I don’t recommend this place.

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had in all our years of travel. Two nights were unbearable with disturbances from the adjoining room until 4 am, and over the span of four days our rom was never serviced. Despite repeated complaints, requests to move rooms and assurances the situation would be remedied, it never was. We were so desparate on the last night we left and spent another $200 at a different hotel. None of the staff would grant our request for a refund or even offered a partial credit. This location ruined HIE or any IHG hotel for us.
