For the price charged for this establishment you would think everything would be....better. If I was the owner of this establishment, I'd be embarrassed. The first room I was assigned to was dirty and had not been cleaned from previous customers. I was then moved to another room and let's just say my neighbors weren't as quiet as I and most others are. And the fact that the breakfast is a separate charge after the high price of the room....I definitely won't stay here again. I'll go cheaper because at least then I'll be getting what I pay for.

Outdated rooms, feels more like an old La Quinta or Baymont. Extra charge for uncovered, unsecured parking in a suburban area. $5 cokes. The restaurant/bar was closed in the evening.

No problem at all with the hotel, it's staff, or the room. They were all great. But the other guests?? It was so loud!! People opening and slamming doors all night long, other rooms blasting TV's so loud we could hear all the dialogue from our room with both our and their doors closed. Talking and shouting in the hallways. All night long. We managed to get some sleep, because things finally quieted down a *little* around 1am, but even then there was still noise of people from various rooms coming and going and tvs/movies going. Even when we woke up, those TVs were still blasting. It didn't seem like it was just one single party or group either. Hotel itself was great, but maybe they need a few rules or guidelines about quiet time or better soundproofing, or something.

The pool and hot tub were great, very relaxing. The elevator was awful and took forever and for some reason stops on the 4th floor for no reason. Overall, great stay, great property.

The property did not meet the standards I am used to finding in a Hilton. The lobby and common areas were not clean (trash on the floor, furniture clearly old and worn out). Our room was clean, but the tub had rust spots from chipped enamel. Considering what we paid, I expected more. Probably would not stay here again.
