Welcome to Mei`s place

This is truly a perfect place for leisure or business travel. Previous guests have reserved the my place for romantic getaways, conference or convention attendance (super close to the convention center), surprise birthday or anniversary getaway, Girls Night getaway, live concerts or theater shows, brewery tours, restaurants and cool attractions, Parents Weekend at one of the many close by universities, graduations, weddings…you name it!

The Space:
Peaceful studio and private entrance.

This apartment is fully furnished and cozy. It blasts a very comfortable queen size bed, dedicated working desk, reading chair with a lot of natural lighting, high speed Wi-Fi access.

Full bathroom: spacious walking-in shower, we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Kitchenette: includes mini fridge, sink, skillet, pot, 2 burners electric stove, kettle, k-cup coffee maker w/coffee and all necessary serve ware.

Parking: large parking lot behind the main building on the premise.

Enjoy the morning coffee on the private porch just outside the door.

Guest Access:
This apartment has a separate entrance in the back of the building.
if you park in the front of the street you will access to the wood gate on the left side.
if you park on the private parking lot in the back, the apartment is next to the parking lot.
laundry room is in the basement, the door with the laundry sign on the right side of the building.

Other Things to Note:
About smoking: it is NOT allowed inside of the building, feel free to do so on the porch and use the provided ashtray for disposing of the waste.

About cooling/heating: We have central AC/heating system. The thermostat is located in the different room, we can help you adjust the temperature remotely as your desire, just shoot us a message. we also provide the space heater and fan in the closet as extra comforts.

Trash bin is located behind the backyard garage.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Monument Avenue. You'll find features like a gym. A kitchen and a balcony are available in the condo.

I loved this cozy, comfortable apartment in a beautiful historic neighborhood. It's well equipped and an easy walk to restaurants and museums. Highly recommended.

Very tight quarters for my spouse, me and our dog. We only stayed one night and the weather was cool so we had a quick walk but didn’t get to experience the restaurants or neighborhood. No heat control in the room but a portable heater available in closet which took up more space. Needs some freshening up of bedding and furniture.

Quiet and Relazing.
The property was if not identical to what is was described as online. Parking was so easy and the apartment was so clean and cozy! If you are just by yourself and are looking for a place to stay, this is the PERFECT place. The owner was so sweet and super fast with communication.

Perfect for a getaway!
You will not find a hotel room as large or stocked with amenities where you can be in the heart of the Fan, steps from museums and restaurants, and have your car parked in a secure location only 15 feet away! This studio was immaculate, set up efficiently for coffee/tea/light cooking and very comfortable and quiet. So glad we discovered this (we usually stay with family) and will definitely recommend to friends who want to visit Richmond!

Perfect!
This place was cute and clean and quiet. Just perfect. It had a seperate entrance with direct access to ample parking in the back. I stayed here with my dogs while visiting family in the area. It was a really nice stay, very cozy and hospitable.

Very cute room! We only stayed one night. Small but definitely adequate for two people. Nice use of space. And thoughtful supplies (coffee, tea, sugar, snacks, toiletries, etc.). Loved that there were restaurants and things to do that were all in walking distance. Super responsive host. We were provided with an early check in, which we certainly appreciated.

Cute Spot - Great Location
We had a short stay in Richmond - just one night. This place was perfect - located in a residential neighborhood but close by restaurants, breweries and other fun stuff. Small but clean, quiet and very comfortable. Mei and Erik were lovely and provided extra touches.

The apartment was so clean and smelled nice. It was in a great location with a convenient parking lot in the back. It was surprisingly spacious and perfect for a short stay. Mei was very communicative and there was even a complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. I'll definitely recommend/stay there again.

This was the perfect spot for us, we would def stay again. Only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror. We were dressing for an event and it made it a little tricky! Apt was super quiet , and parking at your door is a plus.
